After the charcoal pen is inserted into the sharpening point, the cutting work is carried out under the double cutter head, and then the chips and toner are separated in the first layer, and the dust enters the electrostatic adsorption layer below through the sponge, adsorbs the dust and compresses it and pops out into a disc-shaped carbon strip


開発過程

Core Technology Integration: The prototype uses a full hydraulic power sensing system to drive the cutter head, combined with AI algorithms to optimize the cutting accuracy. The pressure sensor monitors the barrel temperature (critical ≤ 68°C) in real time, automatically adjusts the cutting pressure to prevent overload damage to the pencil or cutter head. Dust Recovery System Iteration: The initial dust adsorption efficiency was insufficient, and after the improvement, the electrostatic powder adsorption structure spiral compression bin was used to compress the sawdust into a dense "mini charcoal" (the waste volume was reduced by 90%). The separation structure is optimized for a double-layer design: the debris is trapped in the upper layer, and the fine powder enters the lower electrostatic adsorption layer through the sieve hole. Testing & Improvement Focus: Reduced cutting errors: Parameters are optimized with an AI training module for thousands of branded pencils (different hardness/acceleration). Energy consumption control: Optimize the synergistic efficiency of permanent magnet motor and turbine to realize the simultaneous cutting and compression, and reduce additional energy consumption.
