Cómo funciona
The site design adheres to the principle of ""low-intervention development"", fully respects the natural landform and existing ecosystem, and improves the biodiversity and ecological function of the area through ecological restoration, making it a self-sustaining ecological space. The project introduces the concept of sponge city, using natural drainage and rainwater management systems to realize the recycling of water resources, effectively cope with the challenges of extreme climate, and improve the quality of the site's micro-environment and optimize the overall ecological benefits. With the goal of ""three industries in one"", the design integrates multi-functional formats such as health care, leisure, social networking, and popular science into it, promotes the benign interaction between ecology and economy, and drives the sustainable development of the regional economy. Proceso de diseño
1. Pre-Analysis & Site Diagnosis Guided by the concept of New Quality Productivity, the team conducted 3D ecological mapping using drone remote sensing and GIS terrain modeling, identifying three critical ecological zones (degraded wetlands, soil erosion areas, and wildlife corridors). Forest therapy potential was quantified via LIDAR-generated heatmaps, measuring negative oxygen ion concentration (avg. 2000 ions/cm³) and soundscape comfort index. 2. Low-Impact Development Strategy Topographic Adaptation: Preserved 87% original terrain, implemented root-anchored ecological slopes on 12% collapsed areas. Vegetation Restoration: Introduced native pioneer species (Cinnamomum camphora, Castanopsis hystrix) with mycorrhizal network inoculation, enhancing carbon sequestration by 30% in degraded forests. Hydrological Management: Designed "sponge cell matrix" with ≥65% permeable pavement, achieving 85% annual runoff control through interconnected rain gardens and detention basins.

From "landscape serving people" to "people participating in ecological metabolism": the traditional health care design focuses on one-way service, and this project constructs a closed-loop feedback system of human physiological data, plant volatiles, and carbon flow data, so that people can become the active nodes of the ecological chain. Cross-dimensional rebirth of industrial ruins: Different from conventional industrial heritage landscaping, this project transforms mechanical structures into "bio-mechanical symbionts" with ecological functions (e.g., tubing into mycorrhizal ducts). Gamification Revolution in Carbon Governance: Through AR visualization and the real-time exchange mechanism of carbon credits, the goal of carbon neutrality can be transformed from policy language into playable and sensible daily behavior of citizens.

Cross-border ecosystem construction Medicinal Plant Metaverse: Scan 3,000 healing plants to establish a digital twin library, and users can customize essential oil formulas in the virtual forest through brain-computer interfaces; Gamification of carbon metabolism: Developed the AR game "Carbon Hunter", in which players collect "photon carbon coins" through low-carbon behaviors and exchange them for real-life park services; Cross-border ecological corridor: Jointly build a smart station chain for migratory birds with Hong Kong's Mai Po Wetland and Shenzhen Mangrove Forest, and implant micro weather stations and automatic feeding systems.
