How it works
Inspired by portability and fun, the cat shape is conceived: the cat head is the main body of the oil fume treatment, and the ears can be built-in LED lighting. 3D printed lightweight PLA shell simulates the shape of a cat. A small centrifugal fan + primary filter is installed in the mouth. A folded activated carbon filter is placed in the body. During the process, a high-power brushless motor is upgraded to optimize the shape of the mouth air duct, significantly improve the suction and reduce noise. The base is widened and heavier (built-in counterweight blocks) to lower the center of gravity and solve the dumping problem. A magnetic quick-release filter rack (primary + activated carbon) is designed for easy cleaning and replacement. A lighter carbon fiber reinforced shell is used, the suction is sufficient to deal with small oven oil smoke, stable and low noise, and the filter is easy to replace. The cat shape is cute and practical.
