This innovative instant noodle bucket has been optimized and upgraded to address two major pain points of traditional products: the top features a track-type sauce squeezing design, ensuring easy and residue-free sauce dispensing, and a clean and hand-friendly usage process; the detachable food-grade filter screen effectively separates soup from residue, solving the problem of sewer blockage. At the same time, it retains a double-layer insulation structure to ensure the taste of the instant noodles. It makes the fast food experience more convenient and hygienic, especially suitable for dormitory and office environments.


How it works

This innovative instant noodle bucket has been fully upgraded to address the pain points of traditional product usage. Firstly, the top adopts a humanized track type sauce squeezing device design. Through the sliding rail squeezing principle, the sauce package can be completely squeezed out with just a simple push, completely solving the problems of sauce residue and finger dirt. Secondly, specially designed detachable food grade The filter can effectively separate soup and residue during pouring, perfectly avoiding the problem of sewer blockage. Design process

This innovative instant noodle bucket is created through a systematic design process, starting from the pain points of users. The R&D team conducted in-depth research on campus and office scenarios and found that sauce residue and soup residue blockage were the most prominent pain points during use. After multiple rounds of scheme comparison, the dual solution of using a track type extruder and a detachable filter screen was ultimately determined. The sauce squeezer draws inspiration from the squeezing principle of toothpaste tubes and optimizes the optimal sliding rail angle and pressure distribution through three prototype iterations; The filter screen refers to the structure of a tea strainer and is made of food grade stainless steel material. Product testing data shows that the extrusion rate of sauce has increased to over 95%, and the interception efficiency of soup residue has reached 100%. The entire design process fully embodies the innovative methodology of "discovering problems - conceptual design - prototype verification - continuous optimization".
