What it does
This massage and heated ergonomic chair is designed for people who sit for long periods of time. It combines modern ergonomic design concepts with intelligent technology to relieve fatigue and discomfort caused by long periods of sitting.
Your inspiration
The design inspiration of this chair comes from a deep insight into the "sedentary health crisis". Modern people, especially office white-collar workers, designers and programmers, often sit in front of computers for a long time, which can easily cause lumbar strain, stiff shoulders and necks, and other problems. The design team drew inspiration from the space capsule seats, integrated the concept of "zero pressure support" into the chair structure, and made precise optimizations on the massage points and heating area layouts with reference to the theory of Chinese medicine massage and hot compress.
How it works
The working principle of this ergonomic chair is based on the coordinated operation of intelligent sensing and multiple modules. The backrest is embedded with 6 sets of massage nodes, which support forward and reverse bidirectional rotation, simulate real-life kneading, tapping, massage and other techniques, automatically detect the user's back curve and adjust the strength. The heating function is located in the waist and seat area, using carbon fiber heating plates to evenly control the temperature, and the intelligent temperature control chip adjusts the heat in real time to prevent low-temperature burns. Users can switch modes, set time, adjust temperature and other personalized settings through the side control panel or APP. In addition, the chair also supports electric adjustment of the backrest and leg rest angles to meet the relaxation needs of people of different heights and body shapes, truly realizing comfort, health and intelligence.
Design process
The design process is divided into five stages: demand research - structural modeling - functional testing - user feedback - optimization and finalization. In the early stage, the team identified the pain points of the target population through user interviews, work scenario analysis and medical research; then the chair body was modeled using human body 3D scanning technology to optimize the support point layout and sitting angle. Functional modules (massage, heating, electric adjustment) were tested in the laboratory for multiple rounds to ensure safety and practicality. In the mid-term design, target users were invited to participate in the prototype trial experience, and feedback was collected for continuous polishing. Finally, the mass production plan was finalized based on comprehensive engineering feasibility, cost control and aesthetic standards to form a finished chair with both performance and appearance.
How it is different
Compared with common office chairs or massage chairs on the market, the biggest difference of this product is that it realizes the deep integration of ergonomics + massage heating + intelligent control. Traditional office chairs often only focus on sitting support and lack active intervention functions; massage chairs are mostly used in home scenes and are not suitable for the volume and style of office space. This product integrates massage, hot compress, adjustment, and electrification into a compact shape. The appearance maintains a modern minimalist style, taking into account both function and spatial beauty. At the same time, silent motors and flexible materials are used to ensure that they will not disturb others in the office environment. It is not only a seat, but also a "dynamic care system" that provides daily health protection for long-term workers.
