How it works

by sudden power failure. → body detection: adaptive calibration rail length matching: if the user's height is < 160cm, the SL rail will automatically shorten the stroke (to avoid ineffective thigh massage and dry running). Roller pressure benchmark: Set an initial motor current threshold based on body weight (e.g. 60kg vs 100kg) to prevent excessive force. → Massage execution: movement motion control, 3D roller path planning: X-axis (up and down): stepper motor drives the roller to move along the guide rail, and the subdivision step distance is 0.5mm (such as TMCM-6110 driver). Y-axis (left and right): The brushless motor drives the roller to swing horizontally, simulating the "acupressure" technique (amplitude ±3cm). Z-axis (front and rear): The servo motor pushes the roller to expand and contract (stroke 0~8cm) through the lead screw to achieve the effect of "deep kneading".
