How it works
Problem: Traditional sofas rely on sponge cushions, but sponges are hot and difficult to degrade. Solution: "X-shaped spring net" → Drawing on the weaving method of a football net, a dense X-shaped bottom net is woven with wide bamboo skins. When people sit on it, the net surface sinks slightly and then rebounds like a trampoline. → Secret weapon: Rubber shock-absorbing rings (similar to the material of sports shoe soles) are embedded at the X intersection to buffer pressure and prevent discomfort when sitting for a long time. "Double-sided woven armor" → The seat surface is divided into two layers: the bottom layer is made of hard bamboo strips to weave a grid (supporting the skeleton), and the surface layer is made of soft bamboo silk to weave a wavy pattern (the soft layer that contacts the human body), without any chemical fillers in the middle.
