Design process
Model Printing Based on three - dimensional modeling, use ProE and CATIA, these two engineering software for optimization processing. Subsequently, use 3D printing technology to make the optimized model. Model Grinding and Drilling Remove the excess materials of the 3D printed model, and grind, polish, and drill the model after removal Model Assembly Perform splicing operations on the ground and polished models and complete the replacement of parts Experimental verification Conduct experiments on mechanical arms. Have the test subjects wear them and make arm - bending movements, then collect and compare data. The results show that mechanical arms have an auxiliary effect on human arm bending.
