What it does

Due to the current expanding market size of the tea beverage industry, the urgent introduction of automated equipment in offline shops has become the norm.


Your inspiration

I previously worked part-time in the school coffee shop, I first encountered a more cumbersome problem is the opening of the raw material expiration date labelling system, which refers to the raw materials in the opening of the need to play a record of the name of the raw material, opening time, expiry time and other information on the label, and then after researching and understanding of all the regular tea shop shops need to open the raw materials to do strict management,


How it works

Design process

Product core positioning: multi-scene adapted, can be automatically pasted wireless small devices. Design concept: reduce manual operation, improve production automation. Product design objective: design auto-paste function, integrate printing and auto-paste into one product.Set up a visual recognition module to save the process of manual search.Add intelligent reminder system and integrate it into the interactive interface. How it is different

The main innovation is the integration of "print" and "paste" into the same product.Although both technologies are currently available in their own categories, there has not yet been an innovative design that combines the two in a single product.The integration of the two functions into the same product, but also the need for small size, so the overall structure of the design is relatively special, the whole is a kind of semi-enclosed structure, the top part of the protruding is the touch-sensitive area, but also played a role in limiting the role of the front end of the vertical plane where it is located in the position of the following part of the automatic paste the work of the plane.


Future plans

Improvement direction: further optimise the visual recognition algorithm to improve the recognition accuracy of complex packaging and raw materials placed at different angles; improve the stability and accuracy of the paste module to achieve a more perfect paste effect for packaging of different materials and shapes; enhance the personalised settings of the intelligent reminder function to allow users to flexibly adjust the reminder time, frequency and other parameters according to their own needs.
