The older you are, the more likely it is that your sleep will be affected by physical health. More than 50% of people over 61 years old have trouble sleeping.
How it works
Take the moxa out of the charging box, use the functional version, install and wear the bracelet, select the appropriate time and temperature, and turn it off automatically after use. Check whether to turn on the sleep mode. If the sleep mode is turned on, monitor the blood oxygen, and the vibration reminder will be automatically turned on when the blood oxygen is too low. If you use the basic version, tear off the moxa patch and stick it on the position where moxibustion is required. After use, put the moxibustion head back into the charging box for charging.
Design process
The temperature can be precisely adjusted through the electronic temperature control system. For example, the moxibustion massage machine can be adjusted from 40℃ to 60℃ to avoid the risk of burns and ensure the penetration efficiency of the effective ingredients of mugwort. The moxibustion therapy instrument should have a safety protection mechanism. For example, the moxibustion probe always keeps a safe distance from humans. When the high-precision sensor at the end detects that the height exceeds the safety range, it will immediately increase the height and stay away from the skin surface to avoid collision risks. The temperature controller of the end actuator will immediately stay away from the human body when it detects that the temperature is higher than the preset temperature to avoid burns.
How it is different
Simple and intuitive key operation logic is set up so that users can easily set the target temperature and working time. For example, in the design of the moxibustion instrument based on the STM32F103 microcontroller, the OLED12864 LCD is used to display the current temperature, target temperature, working time and working status, which is convenient for users to view. The intelligent moxibustion therapy instrument can have intelligent interactive functions, such as physical fitness detection and intelligent recommendation of physiotherapy plans through APP connection, making patients feel more comfortable and at ease, while reducing waiting time.
Future plans
Software optimization: Simplify the APP operation process and add voice guidance function; optimize the acupoint recognition algorithm to improve the accuracy (target ≥ 90%). Double protection: temperature sensor + overheating protection circuit, automatically cut off the power when the temperature exceeds 60℃. Material safety: Pass RoHS certification to ensure that no harmful substances are released. Cost control: Optimize the structural design to reduce the number of parts; select suppliers with high cost performance. Production process: formulate SOP (standard operating procedure) to ensure consistency in mass production.
