The home-use coagulation detection service system of Ningxin. The hardware part is developed by the College of Bioengineering of Chongqing University. It can accurately detect four human coagulation data in the form of fingertip blood sampling.


Your inspiration

The grandfather of a member of the team is a cardiovascular disease patient and a village doctor with 30 years of experience. According to his grandfather, many elderly people in the village suffer from cardiovascular disease. The main treatment for cardiovascular disease patients is stent surgery. After the operation, the amount of medicine needs to be changed according to the results of regular review. Some medicines can cause irreversible damage to the body, regardless of whether the medicine is overdose or insufficient. However, more than 60% of patients are restricted by factors such as negligence and inconvenience.


How it works

The home-use coagulation detection service system for coagulation. The hardware part of the detector is developed by the College of Bioengineering of Chongqing University. It can accurately detect four human blood coagulation data in the form of fingertip blood sampling. The operation is simple and convenient, and patients can operate at home. At the same time, the detected values can be fed back to the doctor. The doctors give specific medication feedback based on the values. Design process

Investigation stage: During the investigation stage, the team visited more than ten community hospitals and ten rural clinics, conducted in-depth communication with first-line doctors, physicians, and nursing staff, and gained a fuller understanding of disease prevention and management. Finally, the user portrait can be generated more realistically, which is convenient for follow-up research. Definition stage: After we have an understanding of the basic situation, we define the product as: "Through the integration of technology and service systems, patients with cardiovascular diseases can accurately grasp their condition without leaving home." Design stage: In order to carry out technical research, a team of doctoral students from the School of Bioengineering of Chongqing University was introduced, and the blood coagulation testing equipment was finally able to be used in domestic use. It has four national technical invention patents as support. After fully studying the user's behavior and habits, the doctor , Patients, and their families are included in the service system. Iteration stage: After generating certain clinical data and user feedback, start to improve and upgrade the product size and service system.

Compared with the competing products on the market, the price is more affordable. In the later stage of product promotion and launch, it has a larger cost. Advantage. Future plans

At present, we have already negotiated with Chongqing Longhu Real Estate. We plan to verify and test the service system for the hardware part by replacing it with other products, launch it in multiple communities, collect user feedback and data, and iterate the service system first. At the same time, the hardware part is applying for a professional medical device license and accepting examination and approval. After the license application is successful, put the hardware product into the existing service system, and then upgrade the hardware part through the data.
